The BpTRU line is designed for the office, clinic or hospital out patient department and operates with or without the operator present. The BpTRU 100 is wall mountable with an AC power supply. The BpTRU 200 is available for table-top use, wall or roll stand mountable. It has a USB port, rechargeable battery and a universal power supply.

At the touch of a single button, the device automatically performs up to six measurements, discards the first reading and displays the average of the subsequent readings. The interval of the readings (start to start) can be varied, and 1 or 2 minutes is recommended, depending on cuff size. The device is approved for use on patients 3 years of age and older.
